• Printing an image reflecting the Deanship’s services and getting it emblazoned on four pieces of chocolate to be turned into a game of puzzle; and when arranged correctly, a welcome phrase will appear by using the Aurasma application.
• Printing three English words to be translated by the augmented reality technology, using the Translate application, then the visitor makes sentence out of these words

Raising the awareness of the academic staff members with the modern technologies that can be employed in teaching; assigning  a segment about the augmented reality in an attractive, inspirational  way

Using the Deanship’s email to register at the website and activating the phrase “Opinions and Suggestions”; to the effect that the visitor share their opinions and suggestions via the I-pad which will appear on a huge display  to be installed in the corner

Out of the Deanship’s attitude  in terms of drawing on technologies and reducing the paper consumption, Poll Everywhere is to be used for gathering information about the visitors

“Assignment Grader” is one of the most effective applications , produced by D2L to the effect that all the delivery folders of the academic staff member are linked; and this in turn facilitates correcting all the assignments delivered  and adding comments, then delivers them to the students

To encourage the female academic staff members to use  the learning website, Grader application is to be explained

Printing  a list for gathering  contact information  of the academic staff members, such as the university email, cell phone and department

To count the newly-appointed academic staff members and to consider organizing a workshop for them; ” Registration” model is to be used
