The occasion of the fourth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, may Allah protect him, comes in light of the Kingdom's great achievements on the regional, national, and international levels in line with Saudi Vision 2030. These achievements have placed the Kingdom in the category of developed nations and given it international political and economic weight, resulting in local and international investment.
The reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, has been distinguished by rapid development in all fields, particularly education. The number of universities, colleges, and technological and health institutes has multiplied, in addition to the diversification of the scholarship grants program, which enriches education and research in the Kingdom.
The health sector has also witnessed remarkable development, with the establishment of hospitals and medical centers and free medical treatment for citizens. Moreover, the medical colleges have provided highly qualified graduates due to their modern international curricula.
On this blessed occasion, I have the pleasure of extending my warmest congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to his Royal Highness the Crown Prince, may Allah protect them. We ask Allah, the Almighty, to protect the Kingdom and maintain His blessing of security upon it under the reign of this wise leadership.
