His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, honors the faculty members, colleges and institutes that frequently use the system, during the e-learning ceremony that will, Allah willing, be held on Sunday, 10 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1440 A.H., corresponding to 18 November 2018 A.C., at 1:30 p.m. in King Abdulaziz Historical Hall.

The five best colleges in the University whose staff were active in using the current electronic learning system will be honored, as well as the three best colleges in terms of the best electronic curricula in the University and its branches. Moreover, the best faculty members in the University and its branches, in terms of developing optimal electronic curricula, will be honored.

The honoring section of the ceremony will witness a recognition of the ten best faculty members who frequently activate the electronic learning system, and an honoring of the ten best female faculty members who also activate the electronic learning system, in addition to a recognition of the two successful partners: Board Middle East "BME" ​and the Deanship of Information Technology at the University.

In addition to the honoring section, the ceremony will launch the new electronic learning system: Blackboard, and His Excellency the President of the University will launch the Umm Al-Qura University Award for E-learning.
