Streamline department-wide quality and accreditation activities.

Empower faculty members to take control of quality in their teaching and assessment activities.

Maintain and review the department's Quality Manual.

Raise awareness among the faculty and staff members about the good practices of the NCAAA's accreditation standards.

Draft manuals and reports as required.

Liaison and collaborate with the programme's accreditation standard committees to complete the required documentation, including KPI calculations, for accreditation application as appropriate.

Provide content and evidence for the programme self-study report in collaboration with the accreditation committees.

Participate in the drafting of the annual report of the program.

Collaborate with the course coordinators and the department's curriculum committee and specialist committees with regard to reviewing and/or updating the programme and course specifications in accordance with the NCAAA's requirements. Make quality-assurance and/or enhancement recommendations to the Department Council.

Collaborate with the relevant parties in proposing, drafting, implementing, and evaluating operational and improvement plans.

Monitor the outcomes of the academic programmes in collaboration with the concerned committees.

Provide guidance and support to course coordinators during the various stages of course file preparation.

Maintain liaison and coordination with the College's Quality and Accreditation committee .

Participate in the internal and external audit visits.
