Terms of reference
The functions of the Programme Exit Examination Committee are to:

Formulate and modify exam questions which are divided into four subfields of the program: language, literature, linguistics, and translation.

Draft the exam announcement to be posted on the department's account of Twitter and to be sent via email to students who are expected to graduate.

Administrate the exam. This involves scheduling the exam, assigning exam room and preparing the list of students expected to graduate.

Proctor the exam and attending to students' needs.

Grade the exam sheets automatically.

Review exam results and identify areas for improvement.

Write a report on the results analyzing the performance of male and female students in relation to the major subfield in the program.
