Cooperating with other academic institutions both local and international, as well as professional organisations in the field of linguistics Studies to stay updated on academic as well as industry trends and demands.

Participate in the recruitment process of faculty members specialised in linguistics.

Submit an annual report on the committee's activities during the previous academic year (covering the 12 months following the annual committee restructuring) to the Head of Department for approval or modification. The approved report will then be forwarded to the Department Council for record-keeping and will serve as a handover document for the incoming committee.
