About the Department:

The Academic Affairs Department is considered to be the student's academic portal as it is concerned with students' academic actions during their study at the university. Students can make use of these available actions according to what is included in exam and study bylaws for the university stage.

E-Services Offered by the Department:

  1. Postponing a semester; 
  2. deferring for attending a semester; 
  3. changing a specialization (transferring between departments and colleges); 
  4. auto-specialization; 
  5. total withdrawal service; 
  6. and compulsory transfer.

Other Services:

  1. Granting extra chances (if the student has surpassed the prescribed period - low average)
  2. Re-installment of students in case of absence or academic withdrawal.
