About:

This department provides a raft of e-services for students, including self-services. It also helps students solve problems encountering them while logging into their pages on the University website.

Tasks:           

1. Printing out regular attendance statement (to be submitted at the request of university departments and sections):
• Student page – Forms
2. Printing out regular attendance statement (to be submitted to other government authorities if required).
• Printed statements (by the competent officer) shall be stamped by the vice-dean of Admission and Registration.
3. Printing out statement of discounted fees for Saudi airlines :
• Printed statements shall be signed by the competent officer and stamped by the vice-dean of Admission and Registration.
4. Updating student data:
• Mobile number
• Student name in English (passport required)
5. Updating student password (student is required to bring in her mobile phone)
6. Inquiring about student number when lost or forgotten (student is required to bring in her ID).  
7. Printing out academic record:
• Printed statements (by the competent officer) shall be stamped by the vice-dean of Admission and Registration.
8. Printing out forms of study postponement or withdrawal requests: 
• After printing the form (by the concerned officer or student), student shall refer to her department for necessary action, then to the Academic Affairs department to complete the action. 
9. Receiving university ID cards of students (who requested study postponement or withdrawal) from Academic Affairs department to proceed with the necessary action.
10. Delivering university ID cards to the students who requested postponement or withdrawal (Student ID required).
11. Completing the data necessary for reissuance lost university ID card:
• Having obtained form of reissuance of lost university ID card from Deanship of Student Affairs (females), the concerned Student Services officer shall fill in the form, and then have it stamped by the vice-dean of Admission and Registration.   
• Student ID is required.
12. Completing the data necessary for the Aid Request form:
• Having obtained form of aid request from Deanship of Student Affairs (females), the concerned Student Services officer shall fill in and sign the form signed, and then have it signed and stamped by the vice-dean of Admission and Registration.   

Student Services Requirements: 

To access the service, students are required to show their university ID to the concerned officer.
