Results Section:

This section is specialized in solving the problems related to the students' results. It aims at preserving the academic rights from being affected by the amendment of results, according to the applicable regulations and bylaws.

Equivalencies Section:

It receives, follows up, and applies the internal and external equivalencies for the courses the students studied and successfully passed, according to certain conditions.

Functions of the Department of Results and Equivalencies

The Results Section carries out the following functions:

• Amending the students' results.
• Amending the 'Absent' and 'Incomplete' statuses.
• Adding postponed marks.
• Calculating equivalencies.
• Making internal and external equivalencies for the students transferred from other universities.
• Making internal and external equivalencies for the students transferred from one department to another, within the university.
