The Department of Physiology congratulates the Chair of Sheikh Salih Hamzah Serafi, led by the Chair Professor, Dr. Abdul-Haleem Serafi, for participating in publishing a scientific paper in cooperation with the Saudi Heart Association. The paper is entitled: “Glycemic Index, Glycemic Load, and Cardiovascular Disease and Mortality”, and was published in the most prestigious journal in the field of medical research publication: NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE.
