The first seminar of the chemistry department was held on Wednesday 18-5-1438H. The seminar was one of the events held by the College of Applied Sciences for the second term in 1438H.
The seminar was held under the title "Environmental pollution.. Problem and solution" by environmental expert Dr Fahd bin Abdul-Karim Turkistani, a professor of chemistry at the chemistry department.
The seminar was attended by ]ean of the College of Applied Sciences, Dr Walid Jamil Altif, his deputies and a number of members of the college's teaching board.
