In the framework of promoting the citizens' health and the role of the college in serving the community, and under the noble patronage of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Health Sciences in Al-Leith, His Excellency Dr. Tariq bin Abdullah Ahmad Zhafar and His Excellency the Director of the Primary Health Care Center in Duqa Al-Thaniya, Mr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Tirahi, held an activity on the "Balanced Diet" at Al-Masa`id primary and prep school on Thursday, 3 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H. The activity included a presentation of information pertaining to a healthy and balanced diet, choosing and eating a variety of useful foods, and practicing sports.

The students and teachers at the school interacted with this activity. His Excellency the Headmaster, Mr. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Haithami, honored the participants from the college of Health Sciences in Al-Leith by giving them appreciation certificates, promising to continue cooperation and coordination for the sake of increasing health awareness in the area.
