In the presence of Her Excellency Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, the Vice President of Umm Al-Qura University for Female Student Affairs, the qualifying rounds for the 10th scientific forum of the College of Applied Sciences were held on Wednesday, 17 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. The ceremony started with a welcome speech from Dr. Badria Al-Jahdali, the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences for Educational Affairs.
A total of 87 female participants from the different departments of the college competed in six tracks, in the presence of a number of female referees, in a fair competitive atmosphere. A number of female students qualified for the final rounds at the level of the university.
The wining female students were honored at the end of the meeting, as well as those who contributed to the success of the event, including the female referees, academic staff, coordinators, organizers, and participants. Attendance certificates were given to all the participants.
