E-learning System Certified Training Program Launched

Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education is working on a number of programs including (the Certified Trainer) as part of the Univerity of Umm Al-Qura's e-learning activation plan in cooperation with the Deanship for Educational Affairs.

The idea behind the program is to qualify staff members through the E-Learning Deanship to be able to train others (colleagues) on the electronic education systems adopted by the university and to facilitate effective communication between the deanship, staff members and the students. To that end, the following requirements should be met:  

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Good knowledge of principles and e-learning concepts

- Good knowledge of UQU's e-learning systems

- Candidates who attended most of deanship's e-learning training courses would be preferred

The deans of the colleges and institutes set to name candidates who would carry out this mission.

All candidates would hold a meeting to dicuss details of the program on Tuesday, Moharram 17, 1438H (October 18, 2016) at 11:00 a.m. in  King Abdulaziz chamber 2 in Al-Abdiyah Campus.
