Within the scientific meetings organized by the College of Applied Medical Sciences, under the supervision of Dr. Waleed bin Jamil Altaf, the College's Dean, the fourth scientific meeting of the Department of Biology was held on Wednesday, Safar 26, 1439H, and titled: "Biological Glimpses in the Holy Quran" for Prof. Dr. Abdulmajeed Tunyaz from the department of Biology, with the presence of a number of the College of Applied Medical Sciences' affiliates and who are interested in that scientific meeting.

Dr. Abdulmajeed spoke about aspects of miracles in the Holy Quran, and especially the scientific interpretation for the definition of couples and the derivatives, such as couple, two couples and others from the biological, physical, chemical and mathematical respects, which were mentioned in the Holy Quran.

The meeting tackled the explanation of some scientific definitions that are related to significations of the Quran verses and showed some number combinations that are related to the meaning of the holy verse, which appear to be in line with the context of the holy verses.

After this exciting scientific meeting, a scientific discussion took place between the college's affiliates and Dr. Abdulmajeed Tunyaz around this topic.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Abdulmajeed was awarded by Dr. Bassem bin Hussein Asghar, the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and given the appreciation shield for his participation in the scientific meeting.
