Nursing: Nurses working as dental assistants; they help in providing care for the patients and in preparing the laboratory to be able to provide high quality dental care. Their responsibilities include recording vital signs, receiving patients, preparing and sterilizing tools, preparing the clinic, applying infection control measures, monitoring storage, taking x-rays, and following up the maintenance of the dental equipment.

Radiology: Intraoral x-ray units are distributed to all clinics, in addition to panoramic x-ray units and a dental cone-beam computed tomography device. This is in order to meet the needs of the students and consultants working in the hospital to diagnose and set the proper treatment plan for each case.

Sterilization: Sterilization involves the responsibility of collecting, sorting, washing, disinfecting, packaging and sterilizing tools and supplies in order for sterile tools to be ready for safe use on the patients, and resending them to various clinics to provide therapeutic services for patients.

Medical Emergency: Dealing urgently with emergency cases that may occur (Allah forbid) in clinics during the provision of therapeutic services, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation devices and special medicines to deal with the emergency cases.

The medical emergency is overseen by a constellation of physicians with experience in dealing with these cases. They are always present in the clinics during official working hours.
