Medical Records Unit: The unit is concerned with the process of organizing, archiving and preparing medical files for the reception unit.

Patient Rights Unit: The unit is concerned with ensuring the implementation of quality standards, with regard to the patients' knowledge of their rights and duties, and dealing with patients' complaints by ensuring that they are resolved promptly.
