Responsibilities of the Vice-Dean for Development and Quality
- Supervising the implementation of the quality program;
- Chairing the self-correction committees;
- Supervising the academic accreditation programs;
- Supervising the preparation and implementation of the developmental and strategic plans of the Faculty;
- Supervising the implementation of technological and e-learning programs and creating websites for staff members;
- Identifying difficulties or problems that face the development and quality programs and suggesting solutions for them;
- Identifying training needs for staff members in the academic departments of the Faculty and coordinating with the Deanship for Skills Development to provide the necessary training;
- Taking part in supervising and following up the administrative development of the Faculty and providing the necessary advisory services; and
- Suggesting and organizing training courses for Faculty staff.
