Responsibilities of the Vice-Dean
- Identifying the different administrative and technical needs of each department;
- Identifying different department needs of educational tools and equipments;
- Coordinating work and carrying out the administrative affairs of the Faculty departments;
- Supervising the financial affairs and the petty cash assigned to each vice deanship and its programs according to rules and regulations;
- Approving exceptional vacations for staff members in accordance with rules and regulations;
- Approving government institutions requests for staff members to give lectures and take part in seminars and conferences;
- Approving urgent and annual vacations of employees; and
- Examining complaints and students punitive actions in coordination with the Department Heads.
