Responsibilities of Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs
- Supervising the enforcement of rules and regulations for studies and exams;
- Supervising the application of admission and transfer rules and conditions;
- Supervising the preparation of lists of students banned from attending the exams and graduates lists;
- Supervising study deferment requests, listing and delisting of students according to relevant rules and regulations;
- Supervising certificates of equivalency;
- Supervising the preparation of schedules in academic departments in cooperation with the Deanship of Admission and Registration;
- Supervising the units affiliated to the Vice-Deanship;
- Supervising the conduct of final exams and forming committees in coordination with academic departments;
- Preparing academic guidance program for students, drawing the implementation plan and following up the implementation by the academic departments; and
- Preparing and planning the rehabilitation program for students who have studying difficulties and following up the implementation by every department.
