Thanks to Allah, a training workshop titled, "E-Learning and Distance Education" was held for staff members of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics at the Computer Training Hall, King Abdullah Library, Abediyah Campus. The workshop was launched on Monday 13th Rabi'I 1438H at 10am-12pm.
The workshop was coordinated by the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education and Dr. Dessouky Allam, Staff Member at the College.
The attendees of the workshop included Dr. Waheeb bin Dakheel-Allah al-Harbi, Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, in addition to the College's vice-deans, heads of departments, and 35 staff members.
The workshop covered four tools: Educational Content Building, Absence Registration, News, and Assignment Handling.
The implementation of the workshop was by both Dr. Osama Al-Jarrary and Dr. Al-As'ad Al-Samrany from the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. They were deeply thanked and appreciated for all their useful work, and were expected to resume benefitting the workshop with more knowledge.
Finally, the Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics thanked all contributors to the workshop starting from its presenters and Dr. Adel Ba-Naamah, Dean of Library Affairs, for their hospitality, as well as Dr. Abdul-Khaliq Dawleh, Dean of E-Learning and Distance Education, for the organization of such training courses. He also concluded with thanks to all the attendees for their distinguished participations.
