Within the framework of field training programs for the fourth year students and under the auspices of Dr. Muhammad Othman Al-Amin, many visits were undertaken to the different health programs that provide public health services and health promotion, such as psychological health programs, school health, etc.

On Wednesday 15 Safar, 1440 A.H., and by virtue of the cooperation agreement between the College and the General Department for Education at Makkah Al-Mukarramah represented by the Department of School Health Affairs, a visit was undertaken to one of these schools to actually see an example of the application of public health programs at schools. The manager of school health affairs at the General Department of Education at Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Muhammad Mastur Al-Silimy, enlightened the students greatly about these programs through his presentation and discussion with them. Moreover, students were distributed and sent to schools for practical training.

The Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, Dr. Wahib Al-Harby, declared that field training programs aim at qualifying students to enter practical fields in public health with the efficiency and capacity to be able to serve their religion and country. He extended his thanks to his Excellence the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, for his support and follow up of the activities of the University and the College.
