Health College Holds (Young Paramedic) Course at Al-Shohadaa Primary School in Makkah

Stemming from the principle of community service and continuous education, and out of the desire to activate the non-profit community partnership contract with the Education Administration in Makkah, the College of Public Health and Health Informatics held the "Young Paramedic" workshop on Tuesday 11 Rajab 1439H, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Al-Shohadaa Primary School in Makkah. The session was delivered by the CPR and first aid trainer, Dr. Obeid-allah bin Hamed Al-Lihiani.

The workshop aimed to raise the level of the knowledge of possible dangers among primary schools students, in addition to highlighting the importance of a first aid kit, as well as being trained to deal with bleeding, wounds, and minor burns.

As the workshop came to a close, the principal of the school, Mr. Hussein Al-Qorashi, extended his thanks to the Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, Dr. Wahib bin Dakhil-Allah Al-Harbi, and Dr. Obeid-allah Al-Lihiani, for the fruitful cooperation to build the student’s knowledge and skills in terms of first aid to serve their families and community.
