Definition of the tasks of the committees:

  • Curriculum and Study Plans Committee:
  1. Prepare the report of the new study plan
  2. Review the mechanism for submitting applications for the equivalence of Articles 
  3. Study the applications for equivalence of subjects submitted by the student
  4.  Address the applicant for perfect equation any deficiencies in Applicant's Application.

 

  • Performance Indicators and Measurement of Learning Outcomes Committee:

1. Organizational chart of internal quality assurance in the department.

2. Mechanisms for the distribution and application of the quality standards practices of the Authority 

Evaluation of education and training on the various committees of the department. 

3. Models used in the internal system of quality assurance by section.

4. Performance indicators and reference points of the department. 

5. Measurement and polling tools from questionnaires and statistics and others.

6. Timeline of procedures of the internal system of internal quality assurance in the department.

 

  • Academic Supervision Committee:

1. Preparation of the student file: The academic advisor prepares A special file for each of the students entrusted with the task of supervising.

2. General orientation of the student: in terms of the study plan followed by the student and the courses in the plan and their requirements, as well as explaining the requirements for graduation.

3. Completion of registration-related processes: deletion, addition, division change.

4. Organize periodic interviews: to study the student's case Academically throughout the semester and all its stages of study.

 

  • Career Supervision Committee:
  1. Introducing work tasks and summer training for students

    To become ready to engage in the work environment.

  1. Develop students' skills and enable them to compete globally, In line with the plans of the Ministry of Education and the objectives    of the Human Capacity Development Program.

 

  • Laboratories Committee:

1. Preparation of the annual report of laboratories

2. Preparation and activation of security and safety systems 

3. Inventory of laboratory needs 

4. Review of the annual inventory of laboratories

 

  • Study Schedules and Tests Committee:

1. Prepare a report on the progress of the educational process.

2. Identify a sustainable mechanism for the preparation of study schedules and tests.

3. Preparation of study schedules and tests.

 

  • Quality and Academic Accreditation Committee:
  1. NCAAA Annual Report.
  2. Review the academic quality requirements of the program Academic and preparing the necessary reports for its development 
  3. Submit the required requirements to the Quality Unit of the College
