Duties of the Committee:
Scholarship Students Follow-up Committee is responsible for following up the students from the date of issuance of the scholarship decisions until the end of the scholarship, and for preparing the necessary reports on the scholarship students to be submitted to the Department Council to help make the appropriate decisions.
The Follow-up committee was formed by a decision of the Department Council for the academic year 1439/1440 A.H., as follows:

Conditions of the Scholarship:
The scholarships inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be as follows:
1. For only Master's.
2. For only PhD.
3. For both Master's and PhD degrees, for only external scholarships.
For internal and external scholarships, the teaching assistant or the lecturer must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a Saudi national.
2. Has gained acceptance to an academically recognized university.
3. The female scholarship student shall be accompanied by a "Mahram" (spouse or unmarriageable relative) throughout her scholarship abroad.
4. The age of the scholarship student shall not exceed (30) years for teaching assistants, and (35) years for lecturers. The University Council is entitled to waive this condition for some students.
5. Be committed, upon his/her return, to work at the University for a period that is not less than the period of his/her scholarship.
