Desiring to accelerate the transformation procedures for the concept of ‘Human Resources’ (HR), the University Vice Deanship, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, today launched the ‘Human Resource Ambassadors’ program. This is an initiative that provides an opportunity for faculty and staff interested in human resources and in cooperating to achieve the goals and programs of the deanship. The ‘Human Resource Ambassadors’ program requires every academic and administrative entity of the university to have a partner (or a friend) from the deanship who performs specific and coordinating roles.
In this context, His Excellency Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, the University Vice President, stated that the initiative will create an opportunity for all to participate positively in the success of the deanship programs related to human resource management and development. This contributes to achieving the university strategy to upgrade its human resources of faculty and staff. His Excellency affirmed that providing the opportunity for those who wish to associate with the university to contribute to this positive movement, as a friend and partner of human resources, aims at achieving several goals, including:
