Objectives:
- To implement promotion procedures in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
- To implement the procedures for promotions electronically and in a short time.
- To develop job competition procedures to ensure equal opportunities among the applicants and nomination of the most efficient of them.
Duties:
- Carrying out the procedures pertaining to the promotion and wages clause of administrators and employees.
- Carrying out the procedures for promotion to higher ranks.
- Carrying out all the procedures pertaining to job competitions for administrative jobs.
- Modifying and raising the level of jobs to address job freezing in administrative promotions.
- Reviewing all the documents authenticated by the university's in-charge officials.
- Disseminating promotions to the university's employees.
