Duties:
- Coordinating with the Ministry of Civil Service (MCS) via a documentation and authentication system to verify the numbers of vacant and occupied posts.
- Documenting all the appointment decisions and documents for all the UQU affiliates.
- Documenting all the promotion decisions for all the UQU affiliates.
- Documenting termination decisions, for all classifications, for all the UQU affiliates.
- Recording and updating the data of the UQU affiliates obtained from the Personnel Affairs System and those entered into the UQU website.
