Adham University College Organizes Closing Ceremony for the Activities of the Vice Deanship of Female Students Affairs

The University College in Adham organized the closing ceremony for the activities of the Vice Deanship of Female Students Affairs on Tuesday, 11 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H., at 10:00 a.m.

The ceremony started with a welcome speech by Kawther Sa`id Al-Mu`afi, followed by the royal anthem and recitation of the Qur'an. After that, the supervisor of the Vice Deanship of the Adham University College, Dr. Nuhair Taha, delivered a speech and extended her thanks to all the college affiliates on the occasion of nearing the end of the academic year. She praised the female students, encouraged them to make further progress and success, and urged them to develop their capacities through both the study and training courses, which will help them in the labor market. Next came a talk by the College Vice Dean for Female Students Affairs, Ms. Nadia bint Turki Al-Qurashi. After that, the achievements of the Vice Deanship of Female Students Affairs during the academic year 1439/1440 A.H. were displayed.

During the ceremony, a number of trainers from the academic staff were honored, including: Dr. Nuhair Taha, Dr. Raia Sultan, Dr. Jihan Eid, Dr. Nouf Al-Zahrani, Dr.Yasmin Al-Sha'bani, and Dr. Nadia Al-Qurashi, and the talented female students: Noura Al-Malki, Dalal Al-Malki, Kawthar Al-Mu`afi, Rawan Al-Azizi, and Zohour Al-Malki. The participants in the 10th Scientific Forum for UQU students, the candidates of the College Role Model Contest, and the female members of the student club affiliated to the Vice Deanship of Students Affairs at Adham University College were also honored.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean of Adham University College, His Excellency Dr. Sa`id bin Hadi Al-Qahtani, delivered a speech in which he advised the female graduates to be bright examples of the college. That was followed by the march of the college female graduates, and the cutting of the cake.
