Under the noble patronage of the Dean of Adham University College, His Excellency Dr. Sa`id bin Hadi Al-Qahtani, the University College for both male and female sections held the competition for the title of "College Role Model." This was the first phase of the competition's third season. The competition is part of Umm Al-Qura University's participation in the Mecca Cultural Forum, designed to foster a competitive creative environment among the students of the university, to spread a culture of good examples among them and to enhance student confidence. The competition, which was open to all affiliates of the Adham University College, was held on Monday 22 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H. in the female section and on Tuesday 23 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H. in the male section. After the students competing for the title of College Role Model demonstrated their achievements and work to the members of the judging committee, student Walid Awad Safir Al-Maliki was selected to bear the title of College Role Model for the male section, and student Haifa' bint Atiyyah Aziz Al-Maliki, who won 68% of the nomination for female students, was also selected to bear the title of College Role Model. We congratulate our son and our daughter for winning the title of the College Role Model for the third season, and for qualifying to compete for the title of University Role Model.
