Objectives of the Society

The Scientific Society for the Principles of Jurisprudence and Shari`ah Objectives aims to achieve the following goals:

1. Taking care of the scientific activity related to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the objectives of the Islamic Shari`ah.
2. Achieving scientific communication between members of the society and strengthening ties with those interested in the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the Shari`ah objectives.
3. Providing scientific advice in the field of specialization.
4. Developing the scientific and professional performance of the members of the society.
5. Facilitating the exchange of scientific production and scientific ideas in the areas of interest of the society among the concerned authorities and institutions inside and outside the Saudi Kingdom.
6. Taking care of the scientific heritage in the field of the society's specialization in terms of verification, research, and publishing.
7. Promoting criticism of contemporary studies related to the origins and objectives of Shari`ah.
