Publication of refereed scientific research on the principles of jurisprudence, the objectives of the Shari`ah, and related scientific work, in accordance with the standards of the international publication of scientific journals (Web of Science [IS]).

- Enriching and developing scientific research in the field of the principles of jurisprudence and the objectives of the Shari`ah by providing a specialized scientific environment that encourages researchers to publish their distinguished research.
- Contributing to addressing contemporary issues by publishing distinguished research papers that deal with these issues from the perspective of the principles of jurisprudence and the objectives of the Shari`ah.
- Following up and monitoring the most prominent trends of scientific activity in the field of the principles of jurisprudence and the objectives of the Shari`ah by publishing critical reviews of books, news of university theses, and reports of conferences and seminars.
