Achieve excellence for the female graduates of the social services program, in a manner conforming to the requirements of the local and regional labor market.

Mission:

Encourage the opening of channels of communication between the department and the community institutions to contribute to the provision of outstanding services that help in developing the capabilities of the female graduates, upgrading their professional capacities to keep in pace with the developments of the labor market, and enabling them to positively participate in serving the society.

Objectives:

1. Informing the female graduate constantly about the developments and requirements of the labor market.
2. Opening channels of communication with the institutions concerned with the specialization.
3. Working on enhancing the experiences and skills of the female graduates through training programs and workshops.
4. Motivating and encouraging the female graduates to participate in the programs and courses offered at the college, which aim at qualifying her for the labor market.
5. Coordinating between the female graduates and the department with regard to participation in the events and programs that contribute in enhancing their skills.
6. Organizing the annual forum, and coordinating with the governmental and private institutions concerned with the employment process.
