Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the reality of employing e-learning strategies that are known from previous literature to enhance students’ motivation and explore their motivating effect from the teachers’ point of view. Also, it aimed to find out the extent of the association of employing these strategies in increasing the motivation of students. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The study sample consisted of (1008) of K-12 teachers who practiced e-learning. Results showed that a large percentage of male and female teachers strongly agreed that they actually employ e-learning strategies to enhance student’s motivation in the K-12 level, with a mean of (4.26). Moreover, a large percentage of teachers also strongly agree that there is a correlation between e-learning strategies and increased motivation among students with a mean of (4.46). Based on the results of the current study, the researcher recommends to develop and employ e-learning strategies to increase students’ motivation.
