Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the level of Corona Virus stress and academic resilience, verify the correlational relationship between them, and reveal the differences in the Corona Virus stress and academic resilience, according to the variable of sex, and the study sample consisted of (198) students from Open Al-Quds University. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used two tools for the study: Corona Virus Stress Scale prepared by Nguyen & Le (2021), and the Academic Resilience Scale prepared by Cassidy (2016). The study results showed an average level of Corona Virus stress, and high level of perseverance, Meditation and adaptation to seek help dimension, And the presence of an average level of the dimension of negative influences and emotional response, The results indicated a negative relationship between the stresses of the Corona Virus, and the dimension of perseverance, meditation and adaptation to seeking help, while the results showed a positive relationship between the stresses of the Corona Virus and the dimension of negative influences and emotional response, The results found that there were no differences in Corona Virus stress, persistence, negative influences and emotional response dimensions according to the gender variable, while the differences were significant in the meditation and adaptation dimension for seeking help in favor of males.
