• Participation in the continuous planning for the development of postgraduate studies in the Deanship to achieve the desired objectives.

• Contribution to the development of the implementation rules of postgraduate studies regulations at Saudi universities.

• Organization of meetings with Vice-Deans of UQU Colleges for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research to consider the needs and constraints facing them and listen to their proposals.

• Direction of the Vice-Deans of UQU Colleges for Postgraduate Studies on the developments of the Deanship in order to serve the proper functioning of work.

• Supervision of the work and functions of the units of the Vice Deanship.

• Response to all postgraduate students’ transactions inside and outside UQU.

• Follow-up of course registration.

• Preparation of the university academic calendar for postgraduate students’ academic procedures.

• Implementation of the Deanship Council decisions regarding academic procedures.

• Update and development of electronic forms of academic procedures.

• Preparation of students’ final reports for the completion of degree requirements and delivery of graduation documents.

• Organization of annual meetings for postgraduate students to introduce the regulations, laws and services provided by different bodies in the university.

• Preparation of Academic Procedures Manuals for postgraduate students.

• Organization of work and distribution of competencies between the female administrative staff of the Deanship to ensure the progress of work.

• Organization of employee vacations to ensure proper functioning of work and approval of their compulsory and annual leave.

• Nomination of the Deanship employees to attend training courses.

• Adoption of functional performance reports for female employees at the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies.

• Participation in committees that interview applicants for the positions of Lecturers and Teaching Assistants.

• Participation in the Standing Committees according to the requirements of work.
