Coordination with the Dean of Graduate Studies with regard to female students' affairs
- Participation in planning for graduate studies development towards the desired objectives
- Contributing to development of executive rules for graduate studies at Saudi universities
- Holding meetings with graduates studies and scientific research vice-deans to discuss the obstacles facing them and listen to their suggestions
- Directing vice-deans of graduate studies with orders according to developments within the deanship
- Supervising the vice-deanship units' tasks
- Handling transactions of graduate studies students
- Follow up on academic courses registration
- Preparing schedule for academic procedures for graduate studies
- Executing the deanship council's resolutions on academic procedures
- Creating and updating e-forms for academic procedures
- Preparing final reports for students to complete academic degree requirements and deliver graduation certificates
- Holding annual meetings with graduate studies students to brief them on university bylaws, regulations and services
- Preparing guidelines for academic procedures for graduate studies
- Organizing work and specialties among administrative department staff
- Organizing and approving staff leaves (including emergency and annual leaves) as appropriate in accordance with work needs
- Recommending deanship staff for training courses
- Approve performance reports of the deanship of graduate studies staff
- Participating in recruitment panels interviewing candidates for TA jobs
- Participating in permanent committees as per work requirements
