Duties of the Committee:

1. Establishing an academic advising mechanism and identifying academic advisors commensurate with the levels of the male and female students.
2. Overseeing the academic advising process, course deletion and addition, and section change.
3. Following up on the status of the students who have dropped out of study.
4. Proposing appropriate recommendations regarding re-enrollment for male and female students, and submitting them to the Department Council.
5. Following up on cases of stumbling students and making recommendations to improve their level.
6. Preparing the guidance reports by listing the submitted forms and guidance problems, and handing the final reports over to the department.
