Quality Assurance Unit Responsibilities

  • Prepare the strategic plan of the Quality Assurance Unit and implement it, and suggest alternatives for development.
  • Participate in developing the strategic plan project of the college, and evaluate the plans and programs in the college.
  • Participate in the implementation of the strategic plan in the college.
  • Suggest policies, systems, procedures and criteria for getting the academic accreditation, and follow up on having them approved and put into action.
  • Suggest policies, systems, procedures and criteria for quality assurance in the educational, managerial and technical areas, and follow up on having them approved and put into action.
  • Suggest tools and indicators to evaluate the performance of the educational and managerial units in the field of the academic accreditation, along with ensuring quality and following up on its accreditation.
  • Regular follow-up on the performance of the educational and managerial units in the field of academic accreditation, ensure quality, and prepare reports on development suggestions.
  • Develop the indicators, tools and criteria used in performance evaluation and achievements measurement.
  • Prepare and implement programs to promote quality in the college.
  • Suggest development and training programs for the college staff, and follow up on having them approved and implemented.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the strategic plan of the college, evaluate the achievements’ levels during the period of implementation, and prepare periodical reports.
  • Conduct any other work-related tasks.
