Facilities and Services Unit

Overview:

Due to the importance of the educational labs at the college and their great role in saving teaching time and efforts, the Facilities and Services Unit was established at the College of Designs and Arts. This unit supervises the college labs and fulfills all their needs, in coordination with the General Administration of Services and Facilities at the university.

Duties:

1. Supervising the preparation of the maintenance plan, and following up its implementation.
2. Keeping the facilities safe.
3. Supervising the works of equipping laboratories and halls.
4. Reporting problems with the elevators or air conditioning.
