Instructions on removal and addition for the first term of 1437-1438H

Da'wa and Islamic Theology College – Females Division

1. No modification will be made to a student schedule prior to interviewing her academic advisor and completing the guiding process starting from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A student shall bring her schedule together with all papers required by the advisor.
2.  All students receive advise at academic advisors offices (locations of academic advisors offices are available at the bulletin wall display of each department).
3. Removal, addition and modification to schedules of all students at Da'wa and Islamic Theology College – with all departments- will be made at the events hall only from 9-1 daily. This applies at all subjects, whether general or special.
4. Two female data entries will be available from Shari'a and Islamic Studies College to complete removal and addition processes for Da'wa and Islamic Theology College females only.
5. Females shall attend according to the following schedule for modification. No female will be allowed to make removal or addition to her schedule if not complying with the following schedule.

Dates for schedules modification:

• Sunday, 17/2 for class No 32 and downward.
• Monday, 18/12 for class No. 33.
• Tuesday, 19/12 for class No. 34
• Wednesday, 20/12 for class No. 35
• Thursday, 21/12 for class No. 36 and class No. 37 newcomers as well as all females from all classes who still have problems. This date corresponds to the Saudi National Day, so it will be carried forward to be the Sunday of the following week.

1. Each female shall attend in person to complete the schedule modification as proxy will not be accepted unless there is dire necessity and with consent of the academic advisor.
2. Females shall adhere to attending lectures as of the first term effective day, 17/12/1437H.
