Overview:

The Graduates Unit aims to promote a sense of belonging to the UQU among the graduates, and foster communication between the graduates and their university. It also provides the graduates with the opportunity to learn about the services offered by the university to its graduates, such as training courses and the various programs organized by the UQU.

Therefore, one of the most important tasks of the Vice Deanship for Training at the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion was to establish this unit, enabling the graduates of the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion to have the right to benefit from all the services, benefits, programs, and training opportunities offered by the university.

Objectives:

The unit has many objectives that contribute to the realization of the vision and mission of the college to become a scientific and research beacon. The most important of these objectives are the following:

1. Strengthening the relationships and links between graduates and the college.
2. Qualifying and harnessing the skills and academic performance of the graduates to be compatible with the requirements of the labor market, through the organization of appropriate academic programs and courses.
3. Acquainting the graduates with the needs of the labor market.
4. Keeping the employers abreast of the quality outputs of the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion.
5. Following the progress of the graduates, and helping them find apt solutions for any problems they may encounter.
6. Issuing periodical publications discussing the latest developments and informing the graduates of the activities and events organized by the university (seminars, workshops, celebrations, etc.)
7. Benefiting from the experience of the graduates and their areas of excellence in the development of the activities and programs of the college, and in raising its status.
8. Creating a channel of continuous communication with the graduates, inviting them to many occasions to check on them and tend to their needs, as well as listening to their views on the service of the college.
9. Establishing a club for the graduates to hold scientific, social, cultural, sports, and recreational activities and programs, as well as other activities.
