The evaluation of the learning products of learners (students) goes beyond the level of giving them mere grades. It is an organized process and mechanism of providing staff members with data for the enhancement, development and motivation of learners. Therefore, the measurement and assessment of learning products represent the feedback for both teachers and learners. In other words, both sides are provided with basic information about what has been acquired during the educational process, and to which extent the planned objectives for such process have been achieved.
The assessment process begins with identifying, and therefore helping learners achieve, targeted learning products. Then, success of learners to achieve the required level is evaluated. This enables teachers to use remedial methods to stimulate education in the points where assessment shows weak outcomes. Thus, the learner's educational process is evaluated accordingly. This also provides the first panel discussion with information through which targeted products and education and learning methods are developed. As a result, better assessment results are prepared for, allowing general learning level improvement.
