The theory of Multiple Intelligence by Prof. Howard Earl Gardner indicates qualitative difference in the mental abilities of individuals. In other words, a person with high numeral abilities can be indistinctive in spatial abilities, and vice versa. In addition to that, students’ abilities differ quantitatively. While some students have quick understanding and response, others have less speed. Therefore, the significance of considering individual differences in teaching has emerged. This aims to give every student the opportunity and attention necessary to learn according to the nature of his/her mental abilities. This also targets the utilization of the potential of qualitative academic programs in the design of informatory, directive and educational programs for different segments of society.
