• Providing faculty members with the information that would contribute to their professional growth and developing their teaching and research skills.
• Exchanging opinions and giving recommendations regarding the most important issues that concern university education.
• Establishing communication channels between faculty members and the supreme administration of the university as well as its different managements.
• Reinforcing the sense of belonging to the university.

• Introducing new faculty members to the university’s elements, systems, and services, in addition to the faculty members’ rights and duties.
