The College of Education Deanship held a workshop titled "Administrative Creativity" on Sunday 19th Rajab 1438H at 10:00 am.
The workshop was presented by Trainer/ Ghada Al-Rayes, Assistant Department Head at the College of Education and was attended by about 15 female employees. The aim of the workshop was to define the concept and level of administrative creativity for Education College female employees. It also aimed at developing the cognitive, emotional and behavioral skills related to their administrative creativity. Moreover, the content of the workshop touched upon the concepts of brainstorming, teamwork and personal and institutional creativity.
The workshop also addressed the dispute resolution mechanism and other administrative functions related to administrative work.
Finally, the workshop ended at 12:00 pm, as Dr. Sumaya Sharaf, Vice-Dean of the College, honored the trainer. In this regard, Dr. Sharaf said that there were more development meetings in the College, which aimed to achieve growth and professional compatibility of female employees.
