Volunteer work involves the renewal of the soul and is like a safety lamp that orients the human soul towards progress. Over the course of three days, the College of Community Service and Continuing Education acted without expecting anything in return during the activities it held on the International Volunteer Day, from Monday 22/4/1442 A.H. to Wednesday 24/4/1442 A.H.

On the first day of the activities, the college provided meals to the cleaning staff. On the second day, they gave winter clothes to the employees at the headquarters. The event was concluded on the third day with a friendly discussion session about volunteer work. The discussion was attended by the Vice Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Maha bint Abdullah Al-Sharif, and a number of the college affiliates. During the session, Her Excellency spoke on the importance of volunteering and its impact on society. The session also included a dialogue on the importance of giving to oneself and building the society, and a visual presentation was presented to cover the method of entering the platform of "One Million Volunteers".
