In the light of the directives of the Ministry of Education and the Administration of the University, and out of the keenness on the safety of all its affiliates, the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah designed a new method for remote academic advising via the official website of the college. The mechanism includes clarification of the way by which students can communicate with the academic advisor to make it easy for female students to carry out all academic actions easily.

The college also offers the E-Service Guide to organize the educational process during the current academic year in order to keep pace with the efforts exerted by the university to achieve the desired goals of social distancing.

The services offered by the college to its students include: requesting a scientific recommendation, requesting course equivalence, booking an appointment with the Head or Deputy Head of the Department, booking a seat at a computer laboratory to attend a remote specialized lecture, presenting a graduation project idea to the academic staff members, requesting remote educational sessions to cover a topic in a specialized course, and requesting a remote educational course. These services are available during the whole semester.
