The College of Designs won the Second Place Award and the Distinguished Product Award within the activities of "My University Is Part of the Holy Land (8)". The activities were organized at the level of Umm Al-Qura University under the slogan: "Knowledge Community", in partnership with Hajir Society and the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs.
The college of designs participated with an interactive educational portfolio under the supervision of the Event Coordinator, Dr. Shurouq Ghazi Nahhas, with the participation of all the departments of the college. The portfolio was designed in an interesting style to teach the children values and traditions of Makkan people, using books and interactive boards about various aspects of life in the olden times in Makkah.
