Health Security Trainees Attend Training Programs at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education

About 140 trainees attended an event in the training halls which was part of the Health Security Program provided by the Training Department in the College of Community Service and Continuing Education. The activity was held in cooperation with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, represented by the Health Academy, on the first day of training day in the program on Sunday, 22 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H.

The Vice Dean of the College for Voluntary Work and Head of the Training Department, Prof. Salih bin Abdullah Al-Furaih, said the attendance of the trainees in their training halls reflects their keenness in the program and its training courses. He praised the keenness of the trainers and the program's academic supervising committee with regard to the outstanding organizational efforts and in the attendance and taking advantage of the scientific courses provided for them. These courses included training courses in first aid, English language for health purposes, fitness, and other courses related to the concept and behavior of health security and the security of health facilities.

He then extended his sincere thanks to the Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Prof. Khalid bin Yusuf bin Ahmad Barqawi, for offering all the college potentials in serving the program, within his endeavors to make this program appear in a honorable way that suits Umm Al-Qura University. Finally, he extended his thanks to His Excellency the University President for his unlimited support to the programs offered by the training department.
